Using gadgets in a better way
Today mobile phone become the biggest enemy to the development of a child. Kids are getting addicted to mobile phones and wasting their valuable time and health. Let's discuss to address this problem and make better use of these gadets.
* Establish strict physical boundaries where mobile phones are never allowed, such as the dinner table, the bedroom at night, and during dedicated "family time." This reclaims social space.
* Enable grayscale mode in the phone's accessibility settings. Removing the vibrant, "dopamine-triggering" colors makes the screen look significantly less stimulating, which naturally reduces the urge to keep staring at it. Some more ways to discuss later.
$ Give your child a specific "mission." For example, have them photograph different types of leaves in the park or record a "how-to" video for a simple recipe.
$ Introduce apps where they can draw, build digital models, or design simple comics. This channels their creative energy into a tangible digital product that they can save and share. Some more uses to discuss later.
